Chill Out In-Person

Destress after the holidays and set your intentions in the new year.  This is a four week program that will include an introduction to yoga, meditation, Qi Gong and journaling.  Each event will explore a different topic concerning stress management with a 30 minute practice.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.  The library can provide a mat if needed.  This week we will discuss the benefits of yoga and do a 30 minute yoga practice.
