Chill Out In-Person
Destress after the holidays and set your intentions in the new year. This is a four week program that will include an introduction to yoga, meditation, Qi Gong and journaling. Each event will explore a different topic concerning stress management with a 30 minute practice. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one. The library can provide a mat if needed. This week Michael LaBant from Qi Gong for Life will join us to discuss the benefits of Qi Gong and lead us in some breathing and gentle movement exercise.
