Healthy Meal Planning In-Person
Start off your new year eating well! Making healthy, nutritious meals can be difficult when you are on a budget and are short on time. Join Weis dietitian Melissa Logan as she focuses on meal planning and how eating healthy starts in your cart. Learn skills like reading the nutrition labels and putting together healthy ingredients to make a balanced meal. She will discuss strategies for planning weekly, healthy meals without stress! She will then demo an easy recipe for you to sample.
