connect? Then our dramatic play museum room is an area for you to
explore!\n\nPlease only register the child and join Mrs. Sondra during this
dramatic play event! This area is specifically for children ages three to

play support creativity and self-expression\, but it also helps children
learn real-life and social skills. Dramatic Play is any play where kids
create assigned roles and act out scenarios. In the museum room\, we are
encouraging structured play. This is the kind of play where there are
scenarios. The following are the scenarios for the museum room:\n\n

exam.\n	Demonstrate how to create Mail or deliver letters with our
mailbox.\n	Discover how to be a dentist by exploring dental instruments on
a model mouth.\n	Explore different uniforms and dress-up items.\n	Use tools
to construct/deconstruct a small wooden toy at a workbench.\n	Apply
personal experience to be a grocery clerk\; ring up and bag groceries\,
check out customers\, practice counting items\, and explore pretend
money.\n	Explore related books to community helpers\, cooking\, and the
zoo.\n	Use the pretend food and Kitchen set.\n	Cook a meal.\n	Set the
table.\n	Utilize toy knives to cut up special play food items.\n	Shop for
food.\n	Check out at the grocery store and pay for items.\n	Explore the
dollhouse and assign the rooms.\n	Decorate the rooms in the doll house with
the proper furniture.\n	Name the characters in the doll house.\n	Use
manipulatives for dramatic play at the white table. (Currently a
zoo)\n	Produce a work of art at the easel.\n\n\n \n\nIf you have any
questions\, please contact Jacquie Weaver at jweaver@jvbrown.edu or (570)
