SOUND HEALING In-Person

What is all this talk about sound healing? How can sound be healing?

Come and discover how sound and energy actually work. Angela will explain how it all works. Did you know your body is made of energy? Everything is energy first, before it is solid.  Gain a basic understanding of sound healing and its many benefits. This will be followed by a sound healing session.

Angela uses a variety of instruments to create your experience. The vibrations created by the drum, rattle, crystal bowls, chimes and voice toning will take you on a journey calming the mind, body and spirit, bringing you into a state of peace and healing.

All about the Presenter: Angela Miele is a dedicated energy practitioner with a passion for guiding individuals toward transformative healing experiences.  With 20 years of experience in the healing arts, she combines teachings from Reiki, Theta Healing, Spinal Energetics, Somatic Alignment, and Divine Source Energy to facilitate deep healing.  Angela’s work is trauma-aware, intuitive, and client-centered, creating a safe and restorative space for deep healing and self-connection.  Through frequency, presence, and gentle energetic guidance, Angela helps clients release stored tension, reconnect to their bodies, release physical ailments, and embody a more grounded, abundant way of being.  She offers private sessions, group sound healing journeys, ceremonies, as well as classes, workshops, and retreats.
