2026 Summer Learning Kickoff In-Person
Join us at the James V. Brown Library for our Summer Learning Kickoff Event, this year's theme is Unearth A Story!
Starting at 10 am, library staff will be handing out Summer Learning Passports. This is our third summer offering the passport, where patrons can track their summer activities and earn chances to win prizes. The best part? This program is for ALL AGES!
The Lewisburg Children's Museum will be providing an amazing hands-on activity that you won't want to miss. Plus, our Teen Advisory Group will be hosting an Excavation Dig in the Blue/Purple Program Rooms.
A catered meal by Eat N' Run Catering will also be provided (while supplies last).
Lastly, DJ Wyld will be spinning some groovy tunes, so bring your dancing shoes and get ready to move!
We can't wait to kick off a summer of reading, discovery, and fun with you. Come celebrate and Unearth A Story at your library!
