SCHOOL AGE STORYTIME In-Person
School Age storytime is a fun interactive drop program for children 5-7 years old. Guardians must stay in the building and are welcome to join if they would like, but no younger siblings. Only register the 5-7 year olds.
The story of Why the Evergreen Trees Never Lose their Leaves, by Florence Holbrook emphasizes kindness. It is a tale of some trees help protecting an injured bird during the winter months and how this kindness is rewarded. Come and listen to Mary Baumann share this special story. There will be a craft for the children to do after the story.
If you have any questions, please contact Jacquie Weaver at jweaver@jvbrown.edu or (570)326-0536 x115.
This program is one of the many ways Pennsylvania Public Libraries supports the PA Forward Initiative by providing civic, social, and basic literacy opportunities for learning.
