Hospice 101 In-Person
This program is in Partnership with Geisinger Hospice.
Hospice 101 will address the W's of Hospice: What is Hospice?, Who is eligible for Hospice?, Where does Hospice care take place?, When does someone come on Hospice?, Why is Hospice important?
A representative from Geisinger Hospice will be available to answer these questions, as well as address the myths and facts of hospice. There will also be information on how you can help your community by volunteering to visit with local hospice patients.
