Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness In-Person

Join us one evening a month this fall for a program promoting movement, meditation and mindfulness.  Each session will include gentle yoga focusing on stretching and flexibility, a short guided meditation session and an activity that will promote mindfulness in your life.  The library has yoga mats that you can use, or you can bring your own.  Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and feel relaxed wearing.

This program is one of the many ways the Brown Library supports the PA Forward initiative by providing basic, social and civic literacy opportunities for learning.
