Today, we will help Sheila during the Color Run Program. We will meet at Carl Stoltz Park in Old Lycoming Township, 1951 Green Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701.

The rain date for this event is July 12th at the same time and place.

This program is for teens 11 - 19 years old who want to volunteer or earn service hours. Participants will help create visuals for library photo ops, brainstorm ideas for teen programs, create cards, door hangers, and other activities to share with local senior care facilities and other nonprofits in the community. This is a time to give back for a great cause - AND receive volunteering credit simultaneously.

This program supports the PA Forward state initiative by providing social and civic literacy opportunities for learning and highlighting the transformative nature of public libraries within a community. Libraries contribute to education, employment, entrepreneurship, engagement, and empowerment but are often overlooked as catalysts for powerful individual and community change.
