Paint Like: POLLOCK In-Person
Learn about a famous artist and their art style then create a work of art based on that artist! On June 26th learn about American artist Jackson Pollack. Jackson Pollock was a modern abstract artist known for his "drip technique" We will practice this technique on a small project to take home and then we will create a large work of art to display in the library. This may be a "messy" project. Please dress in clothes and shoes that could possibly get some paint on them.
Other programs like this are: Collage Like: Matisse on 7/22, Pop Like: Warhol on 8/7. Please register separately for all of these programs.
