Spring Mindfulness Series In-Person

Spring is a season of new beginnings. Bringing personal mindfulness to spring is a beautiful way to reenergize yourself and "plant the seeds" for good intentions.  During this four week series we will have multiple presenters that will help you to bring calmness,good energy, and focus in your life.  Topics we will cover include:  Restorative Yoga, Journaling, Qi Gong and Vinyasa Flow yoga and Meditation.
