Heather Allison graduated from the Lycoming County Master Gardener Class of 2014, but her journey as a gardener began long before that. As a pre-teen, her grandfather paid her to dig sod from around a line of pine trees on his property. She later found out it was his way of spending quality time with his granddaughter. Don't ask her to identify a flower, weed, or tree but give her a shovel trowel, and a wheelbarrow she'll start digging something new!
