"Bubble, Fizz, POP!" encourages children to investigate through observation and research to answer inquiries about new interests by exploring the workings of the human body. Retired Registered Nurse Mary Tomei will be at most sessions to answer questions about the human body.

During the second half of the class, a group exercise instructor from the River Valley Regional YMCA Williamsport branch will lead us in health activities for our bodies.

All about the Yoga Group Exercise Instructor:

Josephine Miller was a pharmacist for 36 years. During that time she took her my first yoga class & realized how much the practice could benefit anyone -- not only physically, but mentally & emotionally as well. She have been an instructor for 15 years, is registered with Yoga Alliance, currently leading classes at 3 locations in Williamsport, & has over 4000 hours of in-person lessons. "It is my hope to keep people healthy," stated Josie.
