TAG- Market Street Trick or Treat
Our Teen Advisory Group will hand out treats to trick-or-treaters participating in the Downtown Halloween Trick or Treat at the Welch Entrance on Market Street from 5 pm to 6 pm.
This program is one of the many ways the James V. Brown Library supports the Pennsylvania Library Association's PA Forward initiative by providing Health Literacy opportunities.
** NOTE: Please be advised that photographs may be taken at this event/program for use on the James V. Brown Library website and in the press, Brown Library marketing materials, and other library publications.
