Preschool story time is a beautiful tradition that builds a nurturing love of reading with your child. It is for children 3-5 years old and their caregivers. Only the child must be registered, but you can enter all the participants' names while registering. The dates are not linked, so register for the day you can attend.

Sharing books and reading together is the best way to raise a reader. Some suggestions for you to try are alphabet books or picture books that rhyme. Knowledge of alphabet letters at kindergarten entry strongly predicts reading ability in 10^th grade. Sharing rhymes helps your child understand that words have different parts and rhythms.
