POUND FITNESS In-Person
Join Mandy Bair Mackey for an exciting exercise program that may help you shed pounds while you pound out the beat!
Pound is a full-body workout combining the fun of drumming and different types of sweat-dripping exercises. It includes a ripstix to create light resistance and combines strength training and cardio with pilates and yoga movements.
