Join us for some tips and tricks for having difficult conversations with staff. We’ll talk through essential interpersonal skills, how to stay calm if your people get activated, and how to make it less scary to have these conversations. We’ll do some role-playing because practice is really the *only* thing that helps with this discomfort. Learn to stop HATING giving your team constructive feedback.

April Line has been working in a business consulting capacity for about the last 7 years, and when she left her most recent role as an executive and in-house consultant in a small business, she found that people saw the good she’d done there, and wanted and sought her help. So she decided to lean into consulting and is currently launching Get in Line Business Solutions whose mission is: to meet owners and entrepreneurs where they are, with individualized, real-world solutions.
